Technical Rescue crews were dispatched around 11:00 AM to Desert Vista Trail near 19th Ave and North Valley PKwy for reports of a hiker experiencing a medical emergency. Upon arrival, firefighters located an adult female approximately one mile up the trail unable to continue her decent. PhoenixPolice Firebird 10 assisted crews with a hoist operation to safely extract the patient from the mountain. Once off of the trail she was reevaluated and transported to a local hospital in stable condition. All crew members are safely off of the mountain. #PHXFire
