Meet Arianna Smith-Forté and Joie Whitmon, C’2027 and CodeHouse Scholars, who are spending their summer as Software Engineering Interns at Meta! Arianna is working for the AI4T team, which handles the AI models that translate languages for all of Meta’s apps and products. She is supporting the team by fine tuning models that help predict the quality of translation Joie is working on the Central Youth – Teen and Family Experiences team, which builds the infrastructure behind parental supervision on Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, and Threads.
