Strengthening Safeguarding in Sport Today, in Lusaka, at Longacers Lodge, Sport in Action supported by Norges idrettsforbund (NIF) hosted an Organisational Safeguarding Workshop — focused on building a safeguarding culture and advancing psychological safety within sport. From leadership commitments to interactive discussions, the workshop emphasized that safeguarding is more than compliance, it is about creating environments where every child, athlete, coach, and volunteer feels safe, respected, and heard.
