Mulenga & Mrs. Jacqueline Mulenga, the teams were unstoppable!  The Luwingu Hubsite netball teams dominated the competition, emerging as CHAMPIONS in both Under 13 and Under 17 categories - defeating 11 other districts including a stunning whitewash victory against the previously dominant Kasama District!  From Luwingu Hub Site to provincial champions!  The tournament was represented by 12 districts 1.
