This month's solo episode is a little different — I walked into the studio with zero plan, and that felt pretty on brand for where I'm at right now.
With the visibility series wrapped, solo episodes are back to being just me, unscripted, telling you the truth about what's going on. And the truth is: my life outside of work is genuinely thriving — three years in New York, a community I actually love, a summer that's off to a great start — while my career is a big puzzle I just haven’t been able to solve.
