Since October 3rd, 2002 I haven’t gone a day without hearing your voice, but on July 4th 2010 we both vowed to each other under God to choose each other everyday and build a life we can inspire our children with. 16 years later and I still feel like we are honeymooning. From 18-year-old kids that ditched our friend groups to study together and pool finances to survive college… To state hopping as the girlfriend of an NFL journeyman, you and I have been lock step. We entered parenthood together as soon as we tied the knot and have been finding a way to balance it all with individual career goals and dreams.
