#ForImmediateRelease: Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools is happy to announce the appointment of Kristina Marino, B.S., CSCS, as the new Head Cheerleading Coach. Marino brings an exceptional blend of sports science expertise, strength and conditioning experience, and a strong background in dance and choreography. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Kent State University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Marino currently serves as an Exercise Physiologist and Strength Coach in Sports Medicine at Akron Children's Hospital, where she focuses on youth fitness and individualized performance. Previously, she was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Weightlifting/PE Teacher at St. Vincent-St. Mary High School, developing year-round training programs and promoting safe, effective athletic performance.
