This Pepperoni Garlic Bread Pizza is one of the easiest weeknight dinners you’ll make! You get the best of both worlds, garlic bread and pizza all in one! It’s ready in about 20 minutes and perfect for busy nights, game day, or whenever you’re craving pizza without making dough.
Ingredients
* 1 (12 oz) baguette or 2 small loafs (about 12 oz total)
* ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tsp garlic salt
* 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
* ¾ cup marinara sauce (I used Rao’s)
* 8 oz whole milk mozzarella, freshly sliced or shredded
* Pepperoni slices (regular and mini, if desired)
* Italian seasoning, to taste
* Crushed red pepper flakes, for serving (optional)
