A large beach rescue in Wildwood, New Jersey, has beach patrol reminding people to stay out of the water when lifeguards are not on duty. Eleven people were rescued from the ocean, near Schellenger Avenue, on Sunday, July 7. Wildwood Beach Patrol said they responded to two simultaneous rescues. Fire crews, police, and lifeguards worked together to save the swimmers. Three people were taken to a local hospital after their rescue. #WildwoodNJ #NewJerseyNews #NJ
