What makes the story even more unbelievable is that she still hasn’t received a single penny from the driver’s insurance company. Despite that, she’s rebuilt and created one of the most beautifully curated spaces in the city. But not enough people know it’s back. You’ll now find Modern Apothecary at 413 S. 8th Street, Suite B in BoDo, right across from Idaho Candy Co. inside a gorgeous historic building. The shop carries products from more than 17 local artists and brands, from pressed flower cards and artisan pottery to skincare, candles, loose leaf teas, herbal tinctures, fragrances, bath essentials, wellness books, and more.
