2. Explosive strength: less ground contact time, faster running, less energy cost
3. Isometrics/Tendon capacity: bulletproof what’s slow to heal and first to break
4. Plyometrics/elastic power: bounce off the ground, don’t push into it bro
5. Single leg stability: stops you from wasting energy on every stride
Remember this, marathon performance is determined by how efficiently you repeat one stride thousands of times without breaking down.
