The exuberant world of Hassan Hajjaj will take over the galleries at #SothebysLondon this summer in a new exhibition opening 13 July. ‘My London Rockstars, Ends to Estates’ is the Moroccan-born artist’s personal homage to the city and its stars. This exhibition marks the latest chapter of Hajjaj’s ‘My Rockstars’ series, an ongoing project that began in the early 2000s and focuses on the figures that make up his global community of friends and artists. Together, the photographs in this exhibition show London as a place where difference generates style, solidarity and new forms of cultural expression.
