The Hillsboro Hops' struggles continue as the Hops drop their fourth consecutive game in the series against the Spokane Indians at Hillsboro Hops Ballpark on July 3rd. The Indians struck early with three runs in the first inning and one in the second. The Hops picked up a run in the bottom of the second with Kayson Cunningham scoring from third base on a Trent Youngblood ground out. Hops pitching and defense held the Indians scoreless for the remaining innings, but the offense could only muster up one run in the seventh when Trent Youngblood singled and was eventually brought home by Avery Avery Owusu-Asiedu.
