#ProjectUpdate: construction is moving forward at 9th and High, an off-campus student housing development near theohiostateuniversity created for sustainable urban living, student connection, and campus-adjacent life. In partnership with HarborBayVentures, this mass timber structure is now being put into place, bringing Columbus’ first mass timber design one step closer to opening in 2027. As the nation’s tallest #masstimber student housing project at time of design, this will add to a growing conversation around sustainable construction and the future of student housing.
