If you know me, you know I love checking out new coffee shops. My aunt posted this place on Facebook and twenty minutes later, I was on my way. Kafe Lum is a Tulum-inspired café in Chula Vista that encourages you to slow down and enjoy the moment. I ordered the Guava Hour Matcha and the Smoked Salmon Bagel, and both were delicious. I loved the guava cold foam (omg!) and appreciated how generous they were with the smoked salmon on the bagel. I found a spot on their cute patio and took my time enjoying breakfast, which honestly felt like the perfect way to start the day.
