October is Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) Awareness Month ❤️‍🩹 
For the past two years, the 49ers Foundation and the NFL’s Smart Heart Sports Coalition have teamed up with the Kyle J. Taylor Foundation (KJTF) to help protect young hearts across our communities.
