#TSRLocalLens: A Williamsport, PA father is sharing videos of his son’s first encounter with an officer, due to what he says was his son looking suspicious while walking. ____________________________________ Jessie Lopez Sr. shared videos of his son, #JessieLopez Jr., being approached by an officer who mentioned the jacket he was wearing in the warm weather. The officer then told the young man that he was conducting a traffic stop on him as he walked in front of a vehicle while crossing the road. ____________________________________ Lopez Sr. said to The Shade Room, “He was wearing a hooded jacket because he suffers from eczema, and direct sunlight aggravates his skin condition. Although it was warm outside, there was a legitimate medical reason for him wearing his hood.” ____________________________________ In a second video, Jessie Jr. recorded himself in the back of a vehicle while handcuffed.
