It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our student-athlete, Gabriella Muñoz, a rising junior from Katy, TX, and a cherished member of the Blue Bear softball family. Gabriella exemplified what it meant to be a Blue Bear. A standout on the softball field and in the classroom, she earned a 4.0 GPA during both semesters of the 2025–2026 academic year while maintaining a 3.75 cumulative GPA. Her kindness, humility, determination, and infectious smile left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her. As we mourn this tremendous loss, we ask the Livingstone College community to keep Gabriella’s family, teammates, coaches, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. Although her time with us was far too short, her legacy will live on through the lives she touched.
