My bread machine girls: this dough can absolutely be done in the bread machine! My kids were getting sick of sandwiches, so I switched to these for a bit, and they love them! Dough: 1+1/3 cup warm water 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 3.5 cup all purpose flour (I will occasionally use bread flour also) Allow dough to rise 60-90 min if not using a bread machine Then just roll out dough, cut into rectangles, and arrange your fav fillings. Arrange on greased tray, apply egg wash if you want (I’ll sprinkle with salt then just rub butter over them after they get out of the oven).
