@kalejunkie I can confirm, the viral 2-ingredient watermelon ice cream does in fact work. I made it with almond milk for a dairy free option, so mine was more icy than creamy, but you can definitely use heavy cream or whole milk for a more traditional ice cream experience. This took less than 5 minutes. To make it, scoop out a tiny bit of the watermelon in the center and freeze it.
