DEVELOPING: Crews were responding this morning to a boat underwater in Lake Michigan. The U.S. Coast Guard said it was not involved in the recovery, but believes it could be in connection to a sunken vessel incident that occurred July 5. In that incident, four people aboard the boat were rescued by a nearby Good Samaritan, the U.S. Coast Guard said, who brought them aboard their vessel, and then safely back to shore.
