Two people are chareged after a human arm was found in an Illinois lake. The arm has been identified as belonging to a 38-year-old suburban man, police said Thursday. Illinois State Police said boaters found part of a human arm in the water during the evening hours on June 28. The arm had "distinct tattoos," including one of a skeleton holding a Green Bay Packers helmet. Two other tattoos had a letter and a number. #homicide #murder #illinois #localnews
