The average early-career salary in Boston sits around $80,000, one of the highest on the list, with major industries like tech, biotech, healthcare, and education driving job growth.
It also helps that the city is packed with students and young professionals, creating a built-in social scene alongside its walkability, public transit, and nonstop events.
The only catch is cost. Housing remains one of the biggest hurdles, but for many grads, the tradeoff is worth it.
