A 108-year friendship, rooted in gratitude. 🎄
Nova Scotia has selected its 2025 Tree for Boston, a 45-foot white spruce from Lunenburg County, to honor the aid Boston sent after the 1917 Halifax Explosion.
The tree will be cut in a public ceremony on November 12 before making its 750-mile journey to Boston Common, where it will be lit on December 4 during the city’s 84th annual tree-lighting celebration.
