kalejunkie did you know you can make a wrap out of…egg whites? That contains 26g protein? I mean yes, you’ve probably seen them in the store, but they are $$ and easy to make it at home. Thanks madelainerascan for the idea!

Macros: 26g protein • 3g carbs • 0g fat
Makes 1 large wrap
1 cup egg whites
salt & pepper & any seasonings of choice (I used garlic powder and oregano)
1/2 tsp corn starch or arrowroot flour
Preheat oven to 425F. In a large bowl, add the egg whites. Use a mixer and beat for 4-5 min until stiff peaks form. Then add seasonings and corn starch/arrowroot and mix on low to fold in. Be gentle. Next, line a baking sheet with parchment and spray the parchment paper with oil. Spread the egg whites into an even layer and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Mine took 10 minutes.
