🇰🇬🛰 How can space-based information better support national disaster risk management in Kyrgyzstan? The Technical Advisory Mission (TAM) carried out by UNOOSA’s UN-SPIDER programme to the Kyrgyz Republic has successfully concluded. Hosted by the Ministry of Emergency Situations from 8–10 July, the mission brought together representatives from government institutions, academia and international organizations to assess current capacities and identify opportunities to strengthen the use of satellite data and geospatial information across the disaster management cycle.
