While Kevin O'Leary's proposed Stratos project continues to draw national attention, it is one of several data center developments that have claimed to be the "largest" for different reasons. Stratos has promoted its size in terms of land area. Originally proposed at 40,000 acres, the project has since been scaled back to a 10,000-acre campus. In Delta, some residents have expressed concerns about plans for two nearby hyperscale data center projects.
