Only four positions at the World Trade Center Health Program have been posted, despite Trump administration pledges to fill three dozen vacancies after complaints of service delays for the past year. New York lawmakers from both parties, and 9/11 victim advocates, are raising concerns about the pace in filling vacancies for the program, which provides healthcare to more than 140,000 people who were exposed to toxic dust from the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
