A Tempe woman is suspected of DUI after a deadly crash on I-10 near west Phoenix. DPS says 23-year-old Andie Stehley was speeding in a Kia sedan just before noon Sunday when she changed lanes and hit a Toyota Highlander. The impact caused the Toyota to hit a Scion SUV before spinning into an exit sign pole. The Toyota driver, identified as Michael Byington of Wisconsin, passed away at the scene. A woman in the passenger seat of the Toyota was seriously injured. The driver of the Scion was not hurt. Stehley was arrested and booked into Maricopa County Jail. She is facing charges including second-degree homicide, endangerment and criminal damage.
