🏆 2026 BOYS PLAYER OF THE YEAR: WILL MCPARTLAND‼️ Will McPartland — Scranton Prep Sr. | Midfield McPartland’s story is about more than numbers. After missing the entire 2025 season with a torn ACL, he stayed involved from the sideline, turned into another voice for the team, and came back this spring determined to lead. The senior midfielder finished with 57 goals, 20 assists, and 77 points, while helping Scranton Prep capture its second WVC title and District 2 Class 2A championship in three years — titles the Cavaliers did not win last season while he was out. Whether it was initiating offense, setting the tone in huddles, or bringing leadership back to the midfield, McPartland’s impact was felt all year. He was voted WVC Coaches’ Offensive Player of the Year, named to the 22-player NEPA Lacrosse All-District Team, and made a major impact in the NEPA Lacrosse Senior All-Star Game.
