🛡️ 2026 GIRLS DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: RYLEE YANKOW‼️ Rylee Yankow — Abington Heights Sr. | Defense Yankow closed out a standout career as one of the top defensive players in District 2/NEPA. The senior defender helped lead Abington Heights to back-to-back WVC titles and a third straight District 2 Class 2A championship, with the Lady Comets earning another trip to the PIAA state tournament. Yankow finished the season with 30 caused turnovers and ended her career with 125 career caused turnovers. She earned WVC Coaches’ First Team All-Conference honors for the third straight year, was named to the 22-player NEPA Lacrosse All-District Team, and played well in the NEPA Lacrosse Senior All-Star Game.
