🛡️ 2026 BOYS CO-DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: DONATO RINALDI‼️ Donato Rinaldi — Scranton Prep Sr. | Defense | 5’10” Rinaldi was a steady force on the back end for one of the area’s top defensive units. The senior defender helped Scranton Prep finish 20-1, allowing just 6.0 goals per game while clearing at 78.08% and winning by an average margin of 10.33 goals. Across his career, Rinaldi played in 80 games, helped the Cavaliers win two District 2 Class 2A championships, reach the PIAA state quarterfinals in back-to-back seasons, and secure the program’s first home state tournament win. He earned WVC Coaches’ First Team All-Conference honors as one of just three defensemen selected, bringing toughness, pressure, and a disruptive presence to the defensive end.
