Church traditions, including those around Easter, are a wonderful opportunity to focus on key events in the life of Jesus, and ask what they mean to us. Maybe there is nothing sacred about the dates themselves, but there is something immensely significant about the remembrance. As we count down the days before the Easter weekend, which we are calling ‘forty days of deeper devotion’, why don’t we take this opportunity to examine our faith, engage with our church community, and seek a closer walk with Jesus.
