Happy National Eat Your Jell-O Day!
Today we celebrate one of the weirdest foods to ever grace the dinner table. Jell-O first became a household sensation in the early 1900s and its continued to inspire generations of colorful recipes ever since.
Like many of you, Jell-O was a staple in my childhood (thanks to my grandma 🥰) but now it’s become my translucent muse. The glossy luster, the rainbow of colors and the unlimited possibilities still feel like magic to me.
Here are a few of my favorite non-jiggling homages to the great Joys of Jell-O! Which one would you proudly display in your home?
