I see the same Pilates Studio popping up over and over again. The same beige walls. The same instructors. The same format. The same music. But the studios and instructors that rise to the top generally have an edge to them. They have a strong stance on who they are and what they’ll deliver. They lean into that more than anything else narrowing their focus and who therefore and who they’re not for. Do you agree?
