This is Atlas, one of Atlanta’s few Michelin-starred restaurants, inside The St. Regis. The only thing that changes: the art. We staged this Atlanta restaurant with an original collection from several of Carousel’s artists: an acrylic sculpture by Paul Rousso, a stainless steel form by Evelyne Brader-Frank, large-scale bookscapes by Max Steven Grossman, street-art pieces from Mr. Brainwash’s son Hijack, and graffiti-pop canvases by Flore.
