Unfortunately, within our relationship I have triggers that result in me disconnecting and this makes it hard to reconnect at times. I didn’t necessarily grow up seeing conflict resolution done well, so I really had no clue what that looked like — cheers to not sweeping things under the rug and breaking unhealthy generational patterns.
