These bright yellow fields aren’t just pretty ⭐️ they’re canola. Canola is grown for the tiny black seeds tucked inside its pods, which are pressed to make canola oil. It’s also an important crop in rotation because it helps break up pest and disease cycles while giving farmers another option beyond corn, soybeans, and wheat.
