Things I have never brought from the market for my 6 year old
Episode 2 - Homemade Almond chocolate spread/ peanut butter
Ingredients:
1 cup almonds 🌰
½ cup peanuts 🥜
½ cup jaggery 🍯
3 tbsp cocoa powder 🍫
2 tsp ghee 🥄
1 tsp vanilla extract 🔸
Method:
Add all the ingredients one by one as shown in the video into a high-speed blender and blitz in intervals. Be patient, mama - slowly the nuts will release their natural oils and transform into a silky, spreadable chocolate magic. Keep blending in short bursts until you reach your desired consistency.
How to use it:
Swirl into smoothies, stir into oats, spread on pancakes, toast or crackers, or even use it as a frosting on toddler-friendly cakes.
👇Storage tips
🔸Let the spread cool completely before transferring to a clean,
dry glass jar
🔸Always use a clean, dry spoon - never a wet or used one, or
it’ll spoil quickly
🔸Store in an airtight jar (room temperature or fridge, both
work)
🔸Shelf life: 2-3 months
