Today we've got a first time Speedgolfer on the course in Alex Thomas. Alex is someone that works out, but is not a runner. Alex plays traditional golf and would normally shoot in the low to mid 40's for 9 holes. Alex would love to shoot a 45 in around 30 minutes or so, but most importantly, Alex just wants to finish the round and not be completely gassed out at the finish. Alex wasn't someone that came in with high expectations or any audacious goals, you could totally tell that he was just there to have some fun and try something new. Alex was such an awesome dude to have out on the course, he had a smile on his face the entire round, he had a great attitude, and was just flat out a joy to be with on the course.
