Today we have Jacob Scearce out on the course trying Speedgolf for the first time ever. Jacob is a freak athlete, former D-1 college soccer player and is currently an aspiring Pickleball professional. Jacob wants to play 9 holes of Speedgolf in under 28 minutes and shot a 40, which is asking a lot for someone who has never played before.
Jacob discovers what I did early on in my Speedgolf career that putting is by far the most difficult part of the game. You have to calm yourself over the putts and make a good stroke, and distance control is key! Jacob was absolutely piping his tee balls, but once he got to the green he was having a difficult time controlling his distances and he missed several short putts which absolutely killed his chances early in the round of making his stroke goal of 40, but he still managed to put up the fastest time we've ever seen on Speedgolf with Hawk, and shattered his goal of 28 minutes!
I hope you enjoy being out on the course with Jacob as much ...
