I don’t usually post stuff like this. But the flowers and butterflies on this trail were genuinely so incredibly beautiful I thought they deserved their own dedicated post 🌺 And honestly, of all the hiking in the world, these are by far the best wildflowers I’ve ever seen. And the Peaks of the Balkans trail was lucky this year, due to late season snow sticking around, the ground was perfect for them to thrive. I am so blessed to have witnessed them. My absolute favourite plant is featured in the second slide. I saw some HUGE ones. And they’re phallic and funny hehe.
