Although officially announced as a television series rather than a feature film, Blood Aces is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated projects connected to Las Vegas. The series stars Cole Hauser as legendary casino boss Benny Binion, the larger-than-life figure whose influence helped transform Las Vegas into the gambling capital of the world while also laying the foundation for the World Series of Poker. The project is based on Doug J. Swanson’s acclaimed nonfiction book and is being developed by MGM Television alongside Balboa Productions and American Outlaw Entertainment.
