I always start off my day with some mobility work to get the body moving and pliable. Then straight into breakfast eggs, of course is my go to! So many ways to cook them 😋 Gotta get the creative juices flowing with a coffee and today’s cup was from @lavazzauk using their Carmencita brewer. The main chunk of my day is work calls planning for the summer and after alongside some video edits. I then hit the court with @laurynjb_tennis for a solid hitting session.
