We covered plenty of things such as the technical work on the serve, tactics & drills for doubles and a wide range of different exercises/ group drills that are useful for all ages and abilities. One of my favourite takeaways was to turn everything into a competition. Make it more fun for the juniors and adults in group player. It also keeps the engagement where players are able to be more mentally stimulated throughout as there is a number to hit or time trial to beat. The key is to have a open mind when learning not just as a player but also a coach. My view is that you will never stop learning in life.
