✨ Pagani just proved the manual V12 hypercar is far from dead. The Huayra 70 Derecho is the second of three bespoke Huayra 70 creations built to celebrate Horacio Pagani’s 70th birthday. The open-top hypercar pairs a Mercedes-AMG-developed 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 with a genuine seven-speed transverse manual gearbox engineered with Xtrac. It sends 864 hp and 1,100 Nm of torque exclusively to the rear wheels, with its top speed electronically limited to 217.5 mph. Its Pearl Orange and transparent Inky Blue finish exposes Pagani’s intricate fish-bone carbon-fiber weave, complemented by bespoke titanium-finished wheels and a Ceramic White and Tricolore Blue interior. The name “Derecho” comes from a powerful storm system known for producing extreme straight-line winds, fitting for such a violent and focused machine.
