❗️McLaren just built the final boss version of the 720S bloodline. The new McLaren 788HS is the last and most extreme evolution of the supercar family that gave us the 720S, 765LT, and 750S. Its “HS” badge stands for High Sport, a rare McLaren name reserved for some of the brand’s most special modern machines. Power comes from a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 making 777 bhp, giving it more output than the 750S and 765LT while keeping that raw mid-engine McLaren formula alive. It weighs just 2,789 lb dry, hits 0-60 mph in 2.8 seconds, and reaches a 205 mph top speed. The aero is where things get even more serious, with a full carbon fiber package, S-duct hood, aggressive splitter, raised active rear wing, and F1-inspired diffuser helping it make 10% more downforce than the 765LT. McLaren also gave it Senna-derived brakes, center-lock wheels, a re-tuned hydraulic suspension system, and a quad-exit titanium exhaust to make it feel sharper and more special. Only 200 will be built worldwide...
