The SMJFL acknowledges NAIDOC week, a time to celebrate and recognise the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. In particular, we are celebrating the contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to our great game. This year's theme, "50 Years of Deadly," honours five decades of powerful First Nations voices, celebrates the enduring strength, culture and community that continue to drive change today and into the future.
