Ballistic stretching isn’t for everyone!
But if your goal is to sprint faster, jump higher, and move more explosively, it can be a valuable tool.
The catch? You need to earn it.
Before adding speed, you should already have good control, strength, and confidence through the full range of motion. If you can’t control the position slowly, don’t train it quickly.
Think of it like this:
✅ Build the range.
✅ Own the range.
✅ Then add speed.
Progressing in that order helps you get the benefits while reducing unnecessary risk.
Comment BASICS and I’ll send you my Grade 1 Mobility Program to help you build the foundation first.
