KD really might have some of the nastiest ankle breakers in NBA history 😭🔥 At nearly seven feet tall, nobody that size should be able to move this smoothly with the ball. One hesitation, one crossover or one quick snatch-back and the defender is already reaching for the floor. What makes KD’s handles so dangerous is that you can’t give him space, but getting too close might get you embarrassed. He can pull up over anybody, blow past slower defenders and change directions like a guard. There’s basically no correct way to defend him when he gets into that rhythm. People always talk about Kyrie, Iverson and Steph when it comes to ankle breakers—and rightfully so—but KD deserves to be in that conversation too.
